Bloomly was born from Lauren’s belief that every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, and grounded as she grows through motherhood.
As a Registered Nurse and mom of three, Lauren knows firsthand how overwhelming the transition into motherhood can be.
She’s cared for countless families through pregnancy, newborn life, and postpartum, and noticed a pattern: moms are given endless advice on what to do, but very little space to explore how they feel.
That’s why she created Bloomly. A space where emotional support meets practical guidance.
Through her coaching, Lauren helps mothers feel more confident, calm, and connected by offering reassurance, tools, and compassion to help you bloom through every stage of motherhood.
